Raw Pet Food Delivery to the Greater Calgary Region

Delivery is free for all first orders
For all deliveries (after the first order) there will be a $12.50 delivery fee.
For deliveries outside of city limits (within 50km of calgary) there will be a $15.00 delivery fee.
Deliveries will be made Monday evenings between 5:30 and 9:00 and Thursday evenings between 5:30 and 9:00.
For Monday delivery orders must be placed before 5:00 pm on Sunday.
For Thursday delivery orders must be placed before 5:00 pm on Wednesday.
Orders placed after 5pm on Sunday will be delivered the following Thursday, orders placed after 5pm on Wednesdays will be delivered the following Monday. If you are unavailable for delivery on these days please contact us to make alternative arrangements.
You do not have to be home to receive your pet food delivery; your order can be left in a cooler if you are unable to be home to accept delivery. Be sure your cooler will be large enough to accommodate your order. The food will stay frozen for up to 5 hours in the cooler at 20 degrees Celsius. It is recommended that your cooler be placed in a discreet location. In the comment section in the online checkout you can indicate the location of your cooler if it is anywhere other than the front porch. Back to Basics cannot be held responsible for any stolen items.
If a delivery day is a statutory holiday there will be no deliveries that day. Deliveries will be done the following day. For example if Monday is a stat holiday, deliveries will be done on Tuesday.
